Join us for regular fitness workouts.  We offer two exercise classes open to anyone 55 and above.

Senior Sit and Stretch
Class Description: Exercises for upper body strengthening while seated, includes light weights and resistance bands. Geared for the older senior and those with limited mobility.

Dates | Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9 am

Fitness for His Witness
Class Description: Variety of stretches, low impact aerobics and muscle conditioning with light weights, silagra 100. Classes geared for more active adults.
