Available Exercise Classes

Class Description: Exercises for upper body strengthening while seated, includes light weights and resistance bands. Geared for the older senior and those with limited mobility.

Class Description: Variety of stretches, low impact aerobics and muscle conditioning with light weights, silagra 100. Classes geared for more active adults.

Description: Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels.  It’s a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong and is played with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes.
