Diane was born and raised in Tulsa. She and her husband, Bill, have three grown daughters: Jonelyne (Ben) Collins, Joellyne (Zac) Martin, and Brittany Aniol (who will marry Evergreen member Garrett Carter in June 2017!). They also have two beautiful grandchildren, Morgan and Braedon.
Diane earned a BA in Practical Christian Training with Child Care Proficiency, Child Evangelism Fellowship degree from Bob Jones University, and has been teaching and leading children of all ages, as well as young adults, for most of her adult life.
Among Diane’s passions, are leading and teaching Millennials in all areas, including parenting and marriage. But you don’t have to know her long to realize that she also has a passion for making delicious food. Her baked goods are the stuff of legends. (says this editor). And she is happy to share!
In addition to baking and cooking, Diane loves time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is a gifted bargain shopper and enjoys spending summers teaching children how to swim.
Some unexpected tidbits about Diane: She and Bill served as Emergency Foster Care Parents for 80+ children in 3 yrs. She has bungee jumped and hang glided in New Zealand. She’s flown to Kenya, East Africa twice, because her sister was a missionary there, giving her the opportunity to do things that most tourist don’t get to experience.
